April 2009 (actual quote)
Management
| I wanted to let some one know of the actions taken by your security force. On April 25 I dropped off my 14 yr old daughter and 2 of her girlfriends to see a movie that they told me was a hour and 5 minutes long. The movie started at 9:30 and ended at 10:35. I was to pick them up for 10:45 or so. After arriving and waiting till 11:15 I went in and ask a security guard and told him my worries, they became his worries. He radioed to other security and told them my dillema they were all concerned and took me through the shows to look for them to no avail. After not finding them in the theater I drove through the parking lot, while driving I received a call from my daughter telling me they had just gotten out of the movies. When I pulled up at the front door I could see and hear the security guard talking on his phone and to other security guards that were present, informing them to be on the look out for my daughter and her friends, I could hear the concern in his voice. I pulled up to him and told him my daughter called and her movie had just ended. I could see the relief on their faces. I'd just like to express my most sincere gratitude to your security staff for their professionalism and quick response in this frightening situation. They went all out for the girls, one gentlemen gave me his name, Ryan S and his personal cell phone number and asked me to phone him once I had any word on the girls. The older guard, (who's name I did not get) was very concerned as well for the situation. Now to explain the show time, my daughter's friend looked the time up on the computer, it said 105 mins. When she told the other girls the time she repeated it as 1 hour and 5 mins. When I told her that 105 mins does not equal 1 hour and 5 mins, she sheepishly replied, "I'm not very good in math". Please tell the security staff I sincerely THANK them and again want to applaud them for their professionalism and kind-heartdedness in this situation. I now know the children that attend your theatre are in good hands. Sincerely, John P |
