A. DESCRIPTION
This course is carefully designed using the 7 basic tools of a well trained soldier. Those tools are as followed: Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor Integrity and Personal Courage. These tools when masterfully place can change the way one communicates, solves problems and effects his/her proficiency in their security agents position. Although, some elements of this training may appear elementary.., returning to the basics of any skill trades position can serve as an enriched bases. We will also introduce the true bases of a soldier introducing to them the ALERT PROGRAM. This program was created with the Principles of Soldiering in Mind. The program allows the cadet to return to his or her roots and relearn practices that are often lost with age. The acronym stand for as followed:
A-AMBASSADOR, L-LEADERSHIP, E-EDUCATIONAL , R-REINFORCEMENT, T-TRAINING
Training as an Ambassador effect himself, his home, and job or career, and of course rolls over into the community and allows him or her to mentor throughout the community. Training Leadership effects everyone. One of the definition learn in this course in the definition of Leadership. The Army definition of Leadership is to know yourself and seek self improvements. This becomes an ongoing challenge. To know yourself and constantly seek out self improvements. As one wars against his or herself, the dual nature of mankind being place under subjection through orchestrated thought out training. Turning weaknesses into strengthens.
Learning ones weaknesses thru Educational Instruction. Receiving organized information distributed at all levels of influence and applying it to your life is a form of education. The Cadet will learn to us their artistic abilities as a science. Arts and sciences of a human being are ears to hear, and lips to speak, and a heart to receive what is morally correct and applying it with experience is Educational Instruction. Remember Faith comes by hearing.
Learning to Reinforce anything in ones life becomes a Tangible. You will learn the “How To’s” of being consistent in your life. Grasping those things which are concrete or firm to Reinforce the weaker elements in your life. Soldiering is not something that you Do! It’s something one must become. Repetition and rythmatic drills impress your friends, family, colleagues and employers and it only because an impression of something, someone or someplace has left its mark of Influence. REINFORCEMENT!
Training: Leaving an impression or contiuious influence. Drilling and showcasing ones talents until it effecst others. Engraving my presence in someone or something. Training is certainly two fold. There is a Giver and a Receiver, all must be Willing to follow that
Approved Standard of SUCCESS. And what is Success? The Art of Duplication. Let’s Duplicate a Successful Standard thru Training
All these tools outlined in the Description will be utilized for Job Placement and strategic hiring positions within the VISTA The 33 year old company has employed agents in over 48 states and 3 continents. Most of our ISO's (investigative security officers) go on to serve in very prestigious assignment throughout the world. Most of VISTA's Contractor’s become regular repeat brokers for Security and Private Investigation Agents.
B. ORGANIZATION
This course comes two fold, You will spend time with hands on training which will have most effects on you the Agents. However, this course is design in lecture-lab formats. Formal training has the utmost effects on the Ambassador Trainer. Formal style of etiquette and training transcends apathy and creates a more polished individual for training.
The preference of the VISTA is to receive a well polished Cadet. However in the event of the individual not quite meeting that goal. The following standards must be adhered to. The Cadet must meet the following.
a. High school Diploma/GED
b. Drug Free
c. Resume’ or completed applicat
d. Drivers License/Proper Identification.
e. Have completed and pass the
V-International aptitude Test
f. 4 to 6 References (Character)
g. Ht/Wt waverable (health Concerns)
h. Able to read and write clearly
The lab or conference room style of training can be almost anywhere. Inside/outside, inclement weather
In the drizzle and rain. Each Ambassador Cadet is expected to meet the basic qualifying scores to move to the next level of training.
C. COURSE OBJECTIVES.
1. To introduce the Ambassador Cadet to the use of the 10 Basic fundamental positions of drill and ceremony.
2. To introduce the Ambassador Cadet to the 7 tool of Character Building for the Cadets.
3. To introduce personal Management , Principle of Leadership, and Personal Hygiene with Grooming tips.
4. To orient the Cadet to his or her sector/duty position/area of concern.
5. To offer the Ambassador to grow with the business and become educational equipped for career utilization.
6. Cultivate skills for life as an Ambassador for family, City and State.
7. To assist them in becoming financially successful, citizens drug and worry free. It’s skills that pay bills.
